What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a chance to get to know each other. You’ll have space to talk about what’s brought you to counselling, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns you may have. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with, we’ll go at your pace.

Each counselling session typically lasts 60 minutes, providing dedicated time for reflection, discussion, and support. However as everyone's session is unique times may vary.

Yes. All sessions are confidential and follow professional and ethical guidelines. Any limits to confidentiality will be explained clearly at the outset. I am also BCAP & ICO registered. 

Yes. Online counselling is available and offers the same level of care, confidentiality, and support as in-person sessions.

There’s no set number of sessions. Some clients attend short-term counselling, while others prefer ongoing support. This can be discussed and reviewed together as we work.

Do you take corporate or workplace bookings?

Yes. Corporate and workplace counselling enquiries are welcome. Please get in touch to discuss requirements and availability.
